David’s Opus 10

An Amazing restaurant, more like a fantastic Dinner party or pop-up. It’s all about flavor, surprise, and perfection.

Central Provisions

Chris and Paige Gould have somehow managed to exceed the high expectations set for their new restaurant. What’s not to like? Generous pours of craft cocktails in prohibition style glassware. Punches served in actual punch bowls ( wicked good and the best drink value in town).
A menu that ranges from raw, cold, hot, or sweet small plates. Plus a few with the option to go big, like the full flavor dry aged sirloin or the foie gras and millet granola( If they had a rice crispy treat on Mt. Olympus it would taste like this!).
Even vegetarians are welcome, brilliantly rich squash soup, smoked carrots, the most amazing bread and butter plate ever!
This place is so good we went twice the first week they were open. Every dish is a unique delight. Even the dishes that sound familiar are recreated in a new and better way.
Extreme, Yummy, Goodness!
