I just realized that it has been a while since I posted an update on my favorite spot Central Provisions and I decided I needed to change that. The following are photos of a few of the tastiest treats I have sampled there recently. This place has been delicious joy from day one and continues to exceed all expectations. I also love that they continuously update the menu to take advantage of the best local ingredients Maine has to offer. Ranging from sashimi to dry aged beef this menu can’t be beat.
